I work where data, AI, spatial thinking, and product design meet. My projects range from scientific data interfaces to AI workflows and interactive maps.
How I work
I start by understanding the question and the people asking it. Then I make the data and system choices visible, build a usable tool, and test what it helps people do.
My background in geography helps me work with scale, place, uncertainty, and visual explanation. Product work keeps the focus on real tasks and delivery.
Background
I am a Geography PhD researcher at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a master's degree in Cartography and GIS. I studied Geography and Economics at McGill University.
I have worked with research teams, community organizations, and companies, including Neotoma, GISphere, TravelSky, and Orka.
